This starter terms page is for the launch version of FundedSignal UK and should be reviewed before use with your final legal entity and operating setup.

Service

FundedSignal provides business-intelligence summaries and analytical prioritisation based primarily on publicly available information. The service is intended to support prospecting research and does not guarantee hiring, purchasing activity, sales results or commercial outcomes.

Accuracy

We aim to use credible sources, but public information may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Subscribers are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it or contacting a company.

Analytical estimates

Opportunity scores, recruiter-fit assessments, likely service categories and outreach angles are analytical estimates. They should not be interpreted as statements by the relevant company or as confirmation of hiring or buying intent.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through the checkout provider according to the tier and billing period selected. Cancellation and refund handling are subject to the applicable checkout terms and any refund policy stated at purchase.

Acceptable use

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their outbound activity complies with applicable privacy, electronic-marketing and data-protection laws. FundedSignal does not provide legal advice.

Intellectual property

The FundedSignal brand, scoring framework, commentary and original presentation are proprietary. Public facts remain attributable to their original sources.
