These starter terms describe the intended operating basis for FundedSignal UK. They should be reviewed against the final business entity and legal requirements before material scale.

The service

FundedSignal provides business-intelligence summaries and analytical prioritisation based primarily on publicly available information. The service is intended to support prospecting research and does not guarantee hiring, purchasing activity, sales results or commercial outcomes.

Accuracy and verification

Public information may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Subscribers remain responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it or contacting a company.

Analytical estimates

Opportunity scores, recruiter-fit assessments, likely service categories and outreach rationales are analytical estimates. They are not statements by the relevant company and should not be treated as confirmation of hiring or buying intent.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through Gumroad according to the selected tier and billing period. Cancellation, billing and any refund treatment are subject to the applicable checkout terms and the policy displayed at purchase.

Acceptable use

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their outbound activity complies with applicable privacy, electronic-marketing and data-protection rules. FundedSignal does not provide legal advice.

Intellectual property

The FundedSignal brand, scoring framework, original commentary and presentation are proprietary. Public-source facts remain attributable to their original sources.
